machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge, ample cupboard space, all the cooking utensils you will need, and a dining table that seats six. |

The hall with front door to the garden leads to both the bathroom with shaver point, bath with shower over, basin and toilet
and the sitting room with two sofas, occasional tables, telephone and open log fire. Full oil fired central heating, each radiator controlled by a thermostatic
valve, gives warmth throughout and unlimited hot water. |

Should the weather prove inclement the sitting room is equipped with a colour TV, DVD, video and stereo radio/CD player
together with chess, cards, drafts, and backgammon games kept in the box the TV sits on to while away the hours 'till it brightens up outside. |
